There are a lot of resources here so we recommend that you go at your own pace and come back to this as reference again and again. This is not a race and you do not have to do or get everything on here. This is about making long lasting changes and we realize that that may take time. We are simply suggesting some great ways that you can start being proactive and be a part of the change. Most importantly, it starts at home and it starts with self-love. Self-love is the foundation for everything and allows us the capacity to act with LOVE, which is what is going to get us through this.

Fighting for freedom can be exhausting and overwhelming. Journaling has always been one of our go-to rituals to help us get our feelings out, get clear, and gain self-awareness.
