The Fool Proof Way to Stay Healthy & Have Clear Skin

With the colder months upon us, also comes colds, flus, and viruses but lucky for you, you are reading this and now have the inside scoop on how to stay healthy during all of it.

These little tricks will also help you to achieve blemish-free skin. How do you ask? Let me explain.

The biggest culprit for germs entering our body is from our hands. We open doors with our hands, we cough in our hands, we shake hands and yes we touch our face with our hands.

So the simple resolve? If you want clear skin, don't touch your face unless you have just washed your hands. This is also true if you do not want to get sick.

The only way you can contract an illness is through your eyes, mouth or nose. Unfortunately we often touch all of these areas several times throughout the day without even knowing it.

It doesn't matter how healthy you are or how much vitamin C and zinc you take, if someone who is sick coughs in their hand then uses that same hand to open a door then you unknowingly open that same door and then put your hands in your mouth, nose or eyes...boom you will most likely be sick in 24-72 hours.

Of course this scenario is more possible when in public, so start there. Be mindful about not touching these areas of your body after touching public spaces where you know germs exist.

Other mindful ways to prevent yourself and others from getting sick:

1. If you are sick, stay home. It's not worth risking other people's health. You may feel like you can get out of the house and push through it but then you are possibly infecting others with the illness.

2. If you have a cough, cough into your elbow, not your hands. You use your hands for everything and unless you plan to wash your hands every time you cough, you will be spreading your germs everywhere.

3. Always have The Aura Clearing Mist on hand. Not only does it help refresh and brighten your skin but it cleans & purifies the air and acts as a natural hand sanitizer.
